So I have been thinking about Project Cauã and how to help the best in documenting the software stacks for industries. It looks like a huge tasks but I think it can work. I will add some thoughts and start on some stacks here on this domain.

Developing Deployment Systems

A major part of any stack or project is deployment. I many large enterprises the resources exist to test deployments. With the lack of resources as a major part of Project Caua we should look at better deployment systems.

Lets look at what a deployment system might look like and discuss how it might be standardized for Project Caua.

What is a software stack

A Software Stack or Solution Stack in its simplest form is the grouping of software it takes to preform a task. So an Operating system and a Word Processor and a Printer driver would be needed for you to print a simple letter. Some examples would be LAMP for a website. This is a simple platform but it does not really define the full solution or all the software involved. Lets take a simple business and try to define the software stack. Staring out the window looking for a business, and a hotel looks like a good place to start. Have history with hotels, this is easy.
